Does the website Care Plan include small changes to content and images?
Yes. Our website Care Plan services only include the services listed for each package, and we’re happy to include minor updates, such as swopping out photos, changing bits of text, etc
If you need major content and layout changes, we can give you a quote and invoice accordingly.
What type of work constitutes a 'small change'?
Small changes are simply basic tasks made to the website from time to time, such as changing text, emails, phone numbers, swopping out photos, posting a pre-written blog post etc.
Advanced functionality and additional pages would need to be quoted on separately.
What if my plugin is no longer supported or becomes inferior?
We typically avoid plugins that have been abandoned by their developers. This is not a common occurrance, but it does still happen and it’s something we need to be aware of.
Sometimes plugins fall out of favour and better ones become available. We’re constantly revising our choices, ensuring your website doesn’t fall behind as technology moves forward.
What is your cancellation policy?
No contracts and no long term commitments. You are in full control of your subscription and you can cancel with one calendar month’s notice. This month’s notice is to ensure a proper handover and a smooth transition to your next arrangement.

As a licensed developers we are permitted to install and use Divi and Elementor on website projects, in accordance with our vendor license agreements.
If you choose to discontinue our services, we recommend you purchase your own licenses to stay current with security updates and upgrades.
What if I have a very old version of Divi or Elementor?
If customisation has been done on the parent theme files or you are running an old version of Divi or Elementor, you will most likely require some major fixes before we can run updates and start the maintenance plan.

Will you migrate my site if it is already being hosted by someone else?
In most cases we can for a small transfer fee. The cost depends on the hosting company, website size and server access, just in case something goes wrong during the process.
For most basic small to mid-size websites, the migration process is minimal and we can include it at no charge, otherwise the estimate will be based on our normal rate. A complicated migration could take anywhere from 1-5 hours depending on the number of issues we will have to address.
How do I benefit from revising and updating technology

What if I have not updated anything in months (or years)?
We will log into your website and perform a free audit before you spend a cent. We will look out for potential problems and conflicts so that they can be addressed up front. In some cases, websites may not have been updated in months or years and may require some major fixes before upgrading to the latest version of WordPress, themes and all the applicable plugins. We will provide you a report and an estimate to get things fixed up before we sign you up for a maintenance plan.
What if an update breaks my site?
The site is immediately rolled-back to the backup state taken prior to performing the update. The methods for this vary in some cases. From there, you’ll be notified of the issue.
The majority of issues are covered by the Care Plan, however, custom plugins, issues introduced by users or especially time-consuming issues may be billable.
We will notify you before charging anything to your account.
Who gets admin access to my site?
As we are primarily responsible for the stability and integrity of your website, we ensure that no additional parties access the back-end of the website. This means we don’t allow our clients to have administrator access to the back end.
However, there are circumstances where clients would like to make changes on a frequent basis. This is typically for online store management, blog posts, event calendars, etc. All client requirements are unique, so we’ll set this up as you need.
